Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders of 2+ bottles. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times
USA: 1–4 days
Canada: 6–12 days
United Kingdom: 7–10 days
Australia: 7–10 days
Rest of the World: 7–14 days

These are estimates. Delays from customs, weather, or carriers are outside our control.

International Orders
Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Packages refused or returned due to unpaid duties are treated as returns.

Cancellation & Modification
We process orders quickly, often within a few hours, so cancellations and changes aren't guaranteed once an order is placed. Contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. For security, we can't redirect packages mid-shipment. If delivery can't be completed to the original address, the package will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check around your delivery location and with neighbors, then contact the carrier for a Proof of Delivery or Proof of Loss. Reach out to our support team with the carrier's response and we'll help resolve it.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
We can't redirect packages once shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery are treated as returns, and reshipment requires new shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
